LUXURY WATCHMAKER BREITLING RELOCATES TO MARKET STREET

Arguably one of the finest makers of technical watches in the world, Breitling have opened the doors to their new flagship retail store at 61 Market Street, Sydney.

Breitling, along with another luxury retailer, Tiffany & Co, was recently forced to relocate from their existing premises, with their building acquired by Transport NSW for the new Metro Project.

Premium retail space, centrally located, and with high foot traffic is not easy to come by in the Sydney CBD. So, after 6 months of searching for new premises, TGC leasing agent, Sean Doolan, was pleased to present Breitling with a high-profile retail space on Market Street, just a stone’s throw from David Jones and busy Pitt Street Mall.

After a major refurbishment of the existing premises, which included reconfiguring the floor area to maximise available space, importing high-quality Swiss fittings, and installing a new façade, Breitling has transformed the former Rip Curl retail outlet into a spacious and bright, high-end showroom.

TGC, who leased the retail space to Breitling also manage the whole building, and are now in the final stages of upgrading the foyer of the commercial office entrance.
