Scot has an extensive career in both commercial and residential property spanning over 35 years and this year in the final quarter of 2015 achieved the $1 Billion in Sales milestone since his return from overseas in 1992. Scot is a Registered Valuer number 3185 having been a member of the API for 30 years and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent Number 208563 with many achievement awards throughout his tenure at various Agencies prior to TGC with his original start in Agency in the City Sales Division at Richard Stanton and Sons in 1985. Sales of note in 2015  have included 262 Castlereagh Street Sydney at $7.9 million, 9-13 Parnell Street Strathfield for $14.6 million, 297-309 Trafalgar Street Petersham – $13.8 million, 10 Little Church Street, Ryde – $18.8 million and 80 Bay Street, Ultimo for $22.7 million.
